Ingredients

  • Ice

  • Vanilla syrup

  • Lime syrup

  • Passionfruit purée

  • Pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Add 1 pump of each syrup, 2 pumps puree, 50ml pineapple juice and 6 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker

  • Shake for 30 seconds

  • Pour into a martini glass through a strainer

Top tip

Garnish with half a fresh passionfruit for an impressive finish
