Strawberry syrup
Fill glass with ice, level with the top of the glass
Pour cold water over ice to 1/3 full
Pour smoothie over water and ice to the top
Pour contents of glass into blender jug
Add 2 pumps of syrup
Put the lid on tightly, blend until smooth
