Ube syrup
Instant Coffee
Half fill glass with ice.
Top with milk and 2 pumps of syrup, then stir.
Make cold foam, adding in 1 tsp instant coffee.
For Cold Foam: Put the skimmed milk in a Blendtec cold foam jar with 1 tsp of instant coffee and blend on ‘small milkshake’ setting for 18 seconds
Pour over milk and serve.
