We’ve seen the explosion of functional ready-to-drink options, and knew it was time cafés had a fresh, in-house solution. Fusions+ brings that innovation behind the counter, giving baristas a fast, easy way to serve drinks that are packed with flavour and visual appeal.

Available in Lime & Pink Guava, Mango & Passionfruit, and Apple & Rhubarb, Fusions+ syrups make high-impact coolers with just three pumps, water or soda, and ice. Shake them up with freeze-dried fruit for a vibrant, premium feel – without the cost or waste of canned drinks.

Sweetbird is proudly part of the Beyond the Bean family, and we’ve been embedded in coffee shop culture since 1997. Many of us are ex-baristas, café owners, and front-of-house veterans. That experience shapes every product we create. We think like operators because we’ve been operators.

We’re constantly testing trends, including at events like the NRB show in Manchester, where attendees voted on their favourite styles in real time. The verdict? Bold, functional, and photogenic drinks are winning hearts (and sales).

We know how tough it is out there. That’s why we’ve built Fusions+ to be high-impact and cost-effective. One bottle makes 40+ drinks, and each one can be sold at a premium price point. By cutting out single-use cans and RTD packaging, operators reduce costs and waste – without compromising on experience.

We’re also committed to sustainability. All Sweetbird syrup bottles are now made from 100% recycled plastic. Our syrups are produced in the UK, using UK-sourced ingredients whenever possible – helping operators reduce their environmental impact with no added complexity.
