Ingredients

  • Ice

  • Mojito Mint syrup

  • Soda water

  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Fill highball glass with ice cubes

  • Add 3 pumps of syrup, mint leave and lime wedges

  • Add 60ml of white rum at this stage - if making a cocktail

  • Fill to ¾ with soda water

  • Stir, garnish with mint sprig and serve
