‘Sweetbird Wimbledon Serves Recipe Pack Prize Draw’ terms and conditions.

Beyond the Bean Ltd. is the promoter (“Promoter”) of this free prize draw. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all persons who like the specified post on the Sweetbird social accounts, enter the prize draw on the Sweetbird website and share the post on social media before the stipulated closing deadline will be entered into a free prize draw as set out on social media to win the prize detailed on social media and the Sweetbird Website (the “Prize”).

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and be residents of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, excluding employees and their families of the Promoter, Beyond the Bean Ltd., their associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the free prize draw.
2. No purchase is required to enter the free prize draw.
3. To enter the free prize draw you must enter the prize draw on the Sweetbird website. No further commenting is required.
4. Entry to the free prize draw starts on Wednesday 6th July 2022 at 9:00 am, and the closing date for receipt of all entries is Friday 29th July 2022 23:59pm.
5. There will be Three (3) Winners in total selected from all valid entries received. The selection will be chosen from all valid entries received throughout the duration of the promotion period. The winners will be randomly selected on Monday 1st August.
6. The prize for the Three (3) winners is One (1) 2Kg tub of Sweetbird White Chocolate frappé, One (1) 1L bottle of Sweetbird Sugar-free Lemon Iced Teasyrup, One (1) Bottle of Sweetbird Strawberry purée.
7. No cash alternative prize will be available.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the free prize draw and no correspondence on the matter will be entered into.
9. The Winner will be contacted via email. To receive the prize, the winner must reply to the email from marketing@beyondthebean.com
10. If there is no response from the selected winner after 72 hours from when the first message is sent, another winner will be selected and contacted.
11. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a winner his or her surname may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
12. By entering this free prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
13. This free prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
14. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Instagram or Facebook.
15. As a participant and/or winner, you will fully release Instagram, Facebook and its affiliates partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this free prize draw or the use or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof whatsoever (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence).
16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
17. The free prize draw is governed by the laws of England and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
18. There will be no post-event publicity following the free prize draw activity.
