Steamed milk
Cold Skimmed Milk
Raspberry purée
Zuma Caramel Sauce
For the steamer, put 1 pump syrup in a cup
Top with steamed milk to 3/4 full, stirring as you pour
Then make the cold foam: add 200ml skimmed milk and 2 pump syrup to a cold foam blender jug
Blend on ‘small milkshake’ setting for 18 seconds
Top the steamer with cold foam and a drizzle of caramel sauce
